By creating an account or using CAB-NOTES in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our service immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including drivers, owner-operators, fleet managers, and any other individuals or entities using our platform.

• Registration Requirements: To access CAB-NOTES, you must create an account by providing your full name and a valid email address.
• Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and updating it as necessary.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Account Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data inputted into CAB-NOTES, including but not limited to driving logs, financial information, mileage records, and expense tracking.

Compliance: You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while using our service, including DOT regulations and tax requirements.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use CAB-NOTES to:

• Share illegal content or engage in unlawful activities
• Spam other users or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Violate any applicable regulations or industry standards

Service Description: AXLE is an AI-powered assistant that provides insights based on your CAB-NOTES data. AXLE uses OpenAI's GPT technology to process your queries.

Usage Limits: To ensure fair usage and system stability:

• Maximum 30 requests per hour per user
• Automatic removal of sensitive data (SSNs, credit cards, etc.) from queries
• Conversation history retained for 30 days for context
• Rate limits may be adjusted based on system load

Data Processing: By using AXLE, you acknowledge that:

• Your queries are processed by OpenAI's API services
• We implement data sanitization to protect your privacy
• AXLE's responses are generated based on your data patterns
• You can opt out of using AXLE without affecting other CAB-NOTES features

No Warranty: AXLE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AXLE's suggestions or any errors in its responses.

• Subscription Model: CAB-NOTES operates on a subscription-based model with monthly and annual payment options.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
• No Refunds Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a subscription is activated, regardless of usage.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.

CAB-NOTES collects and processes your data to provide our services, including generating reports, improving features, and sending important updates.

• Data Accuracy: We are not responsible for errors in user-generated data or inaccuracies in reports or calculations.

• Third-Party Integrations: We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services we may integrate with.

Active Accounts: We retain your data while your account remains active to provide our services effectively.

Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all user data will be immediately and permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Data Requests: While your account is active, you may request access to or deletion of specific data by contacting our support team.

CAB-NOTES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CAB-NOTES shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
